A fantastic example of mid-century space-age toy design, featuring colorful blue, green, yellow and red lithography, porthole graphics, dramatic fins, “Jupiter” lettering and D-119 markings.
The friction mechanism is functional and propels the rocket when pushed. The original design incorporates a sparking feature; this example currently does not produce a spark.
