FITMENT:
This 3.5-gallon teardrop gas tank was originally introduced as the North American "Beauty Kit" retrofit for late 1969 and 1970 Triumph T150 Trident models to replace the boxy "breadbin" style tanks. It was later standardized on US-export 1971–1972 T150 Trident models using the same base shell.

CONDITION:
This tank is in exceptionally clean condition overall. It retains its authentic original Spring Gold finish—please note that depending on the lighting, the hue can pull a bit greenish/olive undertone, which is typical for vintage factory Spring Gold paint formulas under certain angles, but it is technically Spring Gold. There are some light cosmetic scuffs and minor signs of handling here and there consistent with age and storage, but nothing major of note—no severe dents, structural damage, or previous repairs. The interior is very clean. Fully assembled with hard-to-find original badges, knee pads, petcocks, and trim.
