1970s / 80s Vintage Jaguar License Plate Frame Heavy Cast Metal with Jaguar License Plate.
These folks owned a number of Jaguar vehicles over the years, but I always remember this plate on all of them. It is heavy cast metal with a heavy chrome coating, not the resin or light weight frames you get today that losses its chrome in no time.
It is in nice condition for its age and use and I think a polishing to your tastes should have it glowing.
The vanity ID plate is standard size and just shows some minimal signs of age. Just some tiny pepper size voids in enamel paint loss and a few very minor, light scratches. Very minor, no dents or bends. It is metal, not Plastic!
The frame plate area is 12 1/8" x 6 1/8" (standard size).
You will receive both the frame and plate.
