This is a special made intercooler specifically for 1973-79 Ford pickups. It clears the factory hood latch and bar. 3.0" inlet and outlet. It is meant to fit with the common standard oem radiator, and have about 1/8" of clearance to the radiator. It bolts in using 4 oem bolt holes.A few things to know:
-We have only tested these with the 73-77 grill and there is clearance. 78-79 should clear but we haven't tested
-We will be coming out with brackets and special made condenser, and later an ATF cooler that works with this, hopefully late 2026 for the condenser, early 2027 for the ATF cooler parts
-Intercooler and a condenser should be possible with the original hood latch
-Intercooler, condenser, and ATF cooler will not work with the original hood latch vertical bar
-We are coming out with a hood latch bracket that is stable without the vertical bar
-Intercooler piping piece are sold separately
