This setup was only offered from the factory on LG4 and L69 Trans Ams from Late 1982 through 1984 as a functional cowl induction system. It is often used as an upgrade for later 3rd generation cars.
Included is the cowl induction air box with the solenoid and flapper, and the entire air cleaner assembly with top feed and the regular snorkel inlet as well as the flexible duct and front mount inlet. Heat riser tube and vacuum lines are included as shown in the photos.
Overall good condition with a couple of minor flaws such as shown in the photos of the flexible duct and the airbox has a small spot on the side that has split but would be an easy repair.
