We got this in a package deal with cars, parts and this Honda 2 years ago. I was told it was running but I have never heard it run. When we got it we did kick it over but the compression is too much for me to kick it easily. It does kick over it’s just not easy for me as I am 65. ( I tested compression with a compression tester with the rubber seal pressed into spark plug hole, 80lbs. It may have higher compression but I only have the rubber grommet style tester)
It’s pretty complete but I know the chain guard/sprocket cover is missing. The gas tank has minor rust on the bottom inside, small area. We did buy a new chain, sprocket, carburetor and some other miscellaneous items, see pictures.
