1994 Mazda RX-7 Touring in excellent in rare automatic. Original black paint and tan interior both in excellent condition. Leather seats were just reconditioned, no rips or tears. Pop up headlights, moonroof, power windows and mirrors all work as they should. Car fires right up, and runs strong.
I acquired this car from a car collector who owns multiple dealerships and had this on display in their Mazda showroom. He had acquired the car from a long time owner who had the work listed below completed by Petit racing. I did call Petit to confirm and he did remember the car and the confirm the work was completed in 2022 but did not have the records due to changing record keeping systems. He also indicated that the boost gauge was installed by them as well (Petit) years prior.
It’s hard to find a left hand drive FD RX-7 in this condition that has tasteful upgrades without being overdone or turned into a drift or drag car. It definitely turns heads and gets a lot of attention.
Known issues:-Original Bose radio was fried when I got the car. I replaced the head unit with a new radio and the front speakers work as they should but the rear Bose Acoustic wave system does not get power.-Tachometer is intermittent. The gauge cluster was repaired (burnt bulbs, etc) but the tachometer remains intermittent.
