You will receive 20+ live, tank-raised ramshorn snails from my home aquariums.

Your pack will contain a mixed assortment of ramshorn snails in different sizes, colors, and patterns depending on what is currently available. Colors may include pink, orange, brown, leopard/spotted, translucent, and other natural variations.

I will usually include a few extras when available.

Ramshorn snails make an excellent addition to many freshwater tanks. They help consume:

• Leftover fish food
• Soft algae
• Decaying plant material
• Organic debris
• Uneaten food that settles around the aquarium

They can be especially useful in planted tanks, shrimp tanks, breeding tanks, and natural-style aquariums.

Ramshorn snails are also a very popular live feeder snail for pufferfish and other snail-eating fish.

Puffers naturally hunt and eat snails, making ramshorns a great way to encourage their normal feeding and hunting behavior. Their shells also give puffers something crunchy to work on while feeding.

These snails can also be offered to other species that naturally prey on snails, including certain:

• Pufferfish
• Loaches
• Cichlids
• Other snail-eating aquarium fish

Your assortment may include:

• Juvenile and adult snails
• Different shell colors
• Leopard/spotted patterns
• Pink and orange varieties
• Brown and natural-colored ramshorns

Because these are live animals, each assortment will be different and the exact colors and sizes pictured are not guaranteed.

The health of the snails comes first.

Shipping may be delayed if temperatures along the shipping route are above 90°F or below freezing.

I normally ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent live packages from being held at the post office over a weekend.

Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Snails can retract deeply into their shells and become inactive during shipping, so a snail that appears motionless immediately after arrival may still be alive. Give them some time to warm up and become active.

If snails arrive dead, please send me a clear photo of the snails in their original shipping package shortly after delivery, and I will send replacements.

For best results, gradually acclimate your new snails to the temperature and water conditions of your aquarium before releasing them.

Different aquariums can have different temperatures, pH levels, and mineral content, so gradual acclimation helps reduce stress.
