I purchased this card from a Pokemon museum on Osaka Japan a few years back.
It was thought to be an error card as the printing layers on the card appeared to be missing inked.
I had experts from cgc in person authentic it and they also believed it was a layering error, I sent the card in to get graded and it came back as authentic altered.
The top of the card has a white line across it.
And on other parts of the card there are clear signs of mislayering.
I’m not sure why this has come back altered.
I was expecting an 8 on this card. It is in very good condition with very little whitening.
CARD HAS HOLO BLEED AND 2 SWIRLS . Hard to capture photos of it .
