The enclosed pieces of material were cut from Authentic items personally worn/used by Carnell \'Cadillac\' Williams in an official NFL Game. The authentic Game-Worn/Used items were obtained and are guaranteed by Donruss Playoff L.P.\" Quoted exactly as printed. Note the plural -- \"pieces of material\" and \"items\" -- because this card carries three different types of memorabilia, not three cuts of the same jersey. The serial 24/35 is printed in the banner at the top of the back. There is no third-party grading and no separate certification number beyond the manufacturer\'s guarantee.
Appearance & swatch detail: Raw, not in a holder. The front is a bold orange and red design under the TOOLS OF THE TRADE header, with a black-and-white portrait of Williams down the left edge and a colour action shot of him in the Buccaneers\' white #24 jersey beside it. Three memorabilia windows run across the middle of the card, each individually captioned in white type directly beneath it: GAME-WORN JERSEY on the left, a red jersey swatch with the weave clearly visible; GAME-WORN GLOVE in the centre, a black piece with the matte texture of glove material; and GAME-WORN SHOE on the right, a second black piece with a noticeably different, smoother surface. Below the windows is a large star cartouche reading AUTHENTIC, and the word BUCCANEERS runs vertically down the right edge in team-style lettering. Worth knowing: Serial 24/35 verified against the card in hand. Thirty-five copies is a genuinely short print run, and the three-relic jersey/glove/shoe configuration is the scarcer of the Tools of the Trade formats -- most cards in the family are single or dual swatches, and glove and shoe material turns up far less often than jersey. Putting all three on one card numbered to 35 is the reason this is the standout piece in this group.
Player career: Williams was the fifth overall pick of the 2005 draft out of Auburn and opened his career with one of the great debuts at the position -- 434 rushing yards in his first three games, an NFL record at the time, on the way to 1,178 yards and the 2005 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award. He came back to rush for 823 yards in 2009 and was named NFL Comeback Player of the Year. He finished his playing career with St. Louis, retiring with 4,038 rushing yards and 22 rushing touchdowns.
