this is a cylinder head from a reman engine that had approx 20k miles on it someone did not properly assemble the rotating assembly and it lost a rod cap on the highway no damage at all was done to the heads since pulled they have been cleaned pressure checked and surfaces checked for warpage they are just as good as reman cylinder heads this is for the head only without camshafts this is the pass side head ready to install 2011 and 2012 ford f150 3.5l Ecoboost turbo I do have the matching head for the other side as well As turbos and manifolds fuel injectors and fuel rails if you need both heads or other parts just message and I\'ll make a listing for them and send you the link thanks for looking
