Installation Guide
- Turn off vehicle engine and headlight switch. Disconnect battery negative terminal.
- Wait at least 30 minutes for HID ballast and bulb to cool down and discharge high voltage.
- Open headlight rear cover, locate D5S Philips bulb assembly.
- Twist counter-clockwise to unlock old bulb, carefully pull bulb out from housing.
- Do NOT touch bulb glass surface with bare fingers, oil residue will cause premature burnout.
- Install remanufactured Philips D5S bulb into headlight housing, twist clockwise to lock securely.
- Reconnect wiring connector and reinstall rear dust cover.
- Reconnect battery, turn headlights on and test light output.
- Check for flickering or warning light, adjust headlight aim if needed.
- Tips: If bulb still flickers, inspect HID ballast and wiring harness condition.
