- Age discoloration on pages & some bends on corners. A little separation at seam on front & back covers Wear to cover edges/corners. While I have not looked at every single page as I flipped through it I did not see any holes, tears, or rips.

- Cover is barely hanging on and back cover is partially separated from spine at the top. Pages have some bends, curling, age discoloration and staining. I don\'t see any major tears, rips or holes to pages.
