Three Mid-Century modern silver overlay demitasse AD cup and saucer sets by Rosenthal, shape 506. The pieces are made of fine porcelain in deep cobalt with a striking geometric silver overlay of vertical ribbing and floral edging.

Very good vintage condition. Overlay shows some tarnish/patina, mostly limited to the back edge of the saucers. One cup has a tight, old hairline on the interior that does not go through. The bottoms of cups appear to have occasional small nicks, but in the case of at least some areas, it appears as an uneven application of the glaze. Additionally, there is residue from a previous polishing noticeable in the filigree scrollwork on the rim of the cups.
