Complete Suzuki FA50 Air Box – Custom 3D Printed Design

This is an air box (without foam filter) for the Suzuki FA50 Shuttle. It is my own original design, professionally 3D printed in durable PETG plastic for excellent strength, heat resistance, and long-term reliability.

All hardware is stainless steel. There is a clamp at the bottom that can be slid off and on in one direction.. and a bolt secures it in place. There is a screw at the top that keeps the tops held together. The air inlet at the back can be rotated.There is no need to overtighten the mounting point. I would suggest using some blue loctite to keep the screw from vibrating out. Please be careful not to over tighten the top screw. It only holds the two halves in place more securely and doesn't need to be too tight.

You will need hex keys for removing the dovetailed bottom closure and for the small screw on top to secure the two halves. If the bottom dovetail is a little tight when new you can tap it out with the end of a screwdriver.

This filter housing serves as a direct replacement for the original air box. It matches OEM interchange part numbers 11411-02301 and 1141102301. It is a perfect fit for vintage Suzuki FA50 scooters from 1981–1991.
