If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once we hand an order over to the shipping carrier, we cannot cancel it. Most items are packed and shipped within one business day, excluding weekends, holidays, and when our store is closed.
Shipping carrier delays may occur from time to time, particularly during holidays, due to severe weather, or due to carrier logistical issues. We do not proactively monitor shipment tracking numbers. If you experience a delay, please contact us, and we will assist you. Packages are rarely lost by the carrier. If we\'ve exhausted all options and protocols available to us to help find your order and determine it has been lost by the carrier, a refund will then be available. This is the only time we will issue a refund without having the item back. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
