This set comes from an estate that I’m in the process of selling. The estate was owned by a wonderful woman who had a fantastic life of over 90 years. This sat on an enclosed patio. So it didn’t get weathered. It did get used, however. So there are some scratches and rubs. I would say normal wear for a preowned outdoor set. Also the chairs do have some scratches on the arms and legs. When you stack the chairs they do rub up against each other. The glass is in great shape. It’s frosted glass. The table is also in great shape. Again the legs have a few small scratches from people using it getting up and down at the table. I cannot find a brand on this. Based on all the items that the client has had, it’s an expensive set. I also love how the tables designed. It has a beveled edge that goes all the way around. The glass is not beveled just the edge of the wicker.
That brings us to what I consider the big elephant in the room, which is shipping. One problem I constantly have on is figuring out how to ship things to people within reasonable price ranges. This is far too big for local pick up. The table does come apart, however the chairs do not. Therefore shipping is not really a great option for traditional method. In my opinion, there are three options to obtain this set. First Local pick up in Brookfield Connecticut. Second you can use any third-party shipping company you choose. I suggest a company called Uship.com. There are many others. I know that advises you to ask the seller for a shipping quote. I would prefer you did not simply because I don’t know where you are located nor do I have the ability or time to go online to get you a shipping quote. It’s relatively easy to do. It takes about an hour. The third option is valid only if you’re not in a rush. I am a household mover and I travel all over the country with a tractor trailer. With that said there is a good chance. I’ll be coming close to where you live. There are two options for my service. First is you can meet me along my route. Typically I do not charge anything to bring items out. We find a truckstop or a rest area and we meet up and you pick up your item. The other option would be I could directly deliver it to you. I do charge a fee for that depending upon how far out my route I have to go. I do have trips coming up to South Carolina in the first week of May.
