This is a 1899 $1 Silver Certificate, the black eagle. The Freidberg number is 232, which means it has the signatures of Parker and Burke. This note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 25 with a comment about being stained and having a minor edge split. You don\'t have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
