Here is a $1 FRBN from Kansas City. The Freidberg number is 738. If you are collecting gem uncirculated notes by district and don\'t already have a Kansas City then this is the perfect note for you. This note is graded Gem Uncirculated 66EPQ by PMG. The Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) means this note is not pressed out or washed like some uncertified notes on which are lower grade but claim to be uncirculated. You don\'t have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
