The device is in decent cosmetic condition with some signs of previous use such as scuffs, marks, scratches, and overall cosmetic wear. PLEASE NOTE that there is no part number besides \"Y015-A010-18001\". there is also a sound inside when you move the item back and forth, not sure if that is a normal part of the heater or not.
