As someone who has serviced many various vintage audio equipment for a considerable amount of time, I have developed a deep admiration for good quality gear. However, I have noticed that many of these units suffer from constantly failing incandescent bulbs, resulting in wasted money on services to replace them time and time again. After years of dealing with this issue, I decided to take matters into my own hands and develop an LED replacement that would match the color temperature and angle of the light.
These are frosted lens bulbs. The frosted lens allows much wider and even light distribution compared to a clear lens. There is no halo effect with the frosted lens.
