Due to the large size and weight of the exam chair, it will be carefully packaged & custom crated for safe LTL freight transport. Shipping charges collected will cover curbside delivery with hydraulic lift gate to get the crate off the back of the freight truck and into ground level. Customer will be responsible for Un-Crating the system and bringing the items inside for setup. Additional services may be available, so please contact me before remitting payment if you’re interested in inside delivery, un-crating and/or debris removal...as there will be an extra charge for this \"white-glove\" service level.
