Aji Dulce Peppers have the same shape, size, color, and aroma as Habanero Peppers, but with little or no heat. Aji Dulce Peppers have a flavor that is unusual and complex, with overtones of black pepper and coriander, and undertones of other spicy flavors. Aji Dulce Peppers are used to season dishes in Central and South America. Aji Dulce Peppers are sweet, spicy, and delicious, with only a trace of heat. They are wrinkled, thin-walled, and turn from green to orange to red when mature. Aji Dulce Peppers are perfect for sautéed vegetables and rice and bean dishes.
