Engine driven fans have been around for more than a century and provide a simple solution to pulling ambient air through the vehicle’s radiator to reduce cooling system temperatures. Designed To Fit Radiators with Lip-Style Upper and Lower Channels
We made our aluminum fan shroud to fit our universal Shop Single Pass Universal SBC/BBC Aluminum Radiators and Shop Double Pass Universal SBC/BBC Aluminum Radiators SBC/BBC radiators, but honestly this universal fan shroud will work with many Shop Crossflow Radiators using lip-style upper and lower radiator channels. Measure your radiator carefully and refer to the product drawings provided to confirm fitment on radiators other than those mentioned above.
Installation of our aluminum radiator shroud is easy with the shroud’s upper mount hooking to the radiator channel’s upper lip. At the bottom of the radiator shroud, we left final retention to the end user. You can attach your fan shroud’s bottom lip via rivets, tapping screws, or small bolt/locknut hardware. The pre-cut 15-1/2-inch fan opening is designed to work with most any Shop 16-inch Electric Cooling Fans and there is ample radiator shroud surface area to add rubber Radiator Shroud Rubber Cooling Flaps if desired for highway speed cooling passthrough needs.

Summary: This has worked great for me on my Jegs radiator. Dimensions were true and fitment was good. Used a little puffy tape to seal the cracks and hasnt needed adjusted since installed. Made a ton of difference in cooling, fan runs so much less.

Summary: I was concerned regarding how this would arrive and then install since it is aluminum and would damage VERY easy in shipping. It arrived On TIME and was packaged very well to prevent damage from handling. In addition, it was completely covered on the finished side with a protective "peel off" coating. The dimensions I had to work with were VERY critical and it was ESSENTIAL for this to be exactly as advertised in order to fit. Low and behold, it was PERFECTLY sized and once I drilled the mounting holes it fit perfectly in place with NO additional alterations or fabrication of ANY sort.
