Kit KittredgePleasant Company First Edition, 200018 inch American Girl Doll
For the American Girl doll collector is First Version, year 2000, Kit Kittredge doll in original box with box band, wrist tag, brochure, and first edition soft cover book, \"Meet Kit\" by Valerie Tripp. Book is new, never read.
Kit is in pristine condition. Her cloth body is clean with no stains or odors. Her vinyl limbs are snug from the American Girl doll hospital (photo). No replacements were made so she is all original. Kit\'s blonde hair is soft, shiny, and styled in the original factory bob. She has deep blue eyes that open and close as they should with long brown eyelashes (photo). Kit wears her original Meet outfit of light purple sweaters and floral skirt with closed toe cloth sandals. Her blonde bob is fastened with her lime green barrette.
Excellent condition, display only in glass display cabinet away from light and dust. Stored in original box in indoor climate controlled closet. No odors, pulls, stains or tears. No pet, No smoke home. Note: the shine mark on the lower inside of Kit\'s left leg. (last photo) Very difficult to see but I did want to note it.
This is the original box of Kit\'s 1st Release. It is all white with embossed stripes. The box band is also original to this doll and box. It is maroon with the title American Girls Collection and illustrations of the first six American Girl dolls. There is some shelf wear to the lid but it is in very good condition with no bends or tears. The back tabs of the box band are attached but bent from use. No tape.
Please read and study the photos before purchase because there are no returns on this special doll from my personal collection.
