This beautiful piece is from the late Edo Period (1860\'s) and weighs 1Lb. 9.6 Oz., measures 4.5\" in height, Approx. 4\" across the mouth and approx. 2.5\" across the base/foot. It is in excellent condition, no nicks/dents or dings, and does hold water! Sadly the original owners polished it... hence the price.There \"appears\" to be a small impressed \"mark\" on the bottom that my friend (a dealer in Asian antiques for 37 years) could not identify. I need to make this clear \"it appears to be a mark\" (12th photo) I am not saying it is!! I have taken photos with a variety of lighting (natural, overhead, flash, backlit) to give a better overall idea of the pieces appeal. No REASONABLE Offer Refused!!
