Rare original 1870 Map of Throggs Neck Bronx New York City property to be saleed in 1870.
This was the property of the late Ralph Baker that was to be sale. This also comes with a book in Memorium to Cornelia Clark Barker (1825 - 1866) So she was somehow related to the family.
Also you get an extra copy of the Memorium book that is just the pages, uncut and not bound yet.
The map measures 24 x 19 1/2 inches. The map folds up to measure 6 x 9 3/4 inches. The map is in pretty good condition overall, has a bit of wear on the edges but not bad.
