Property & Terms: Covers tillable acreage in the Southeast Quarter ($SE\frac{1}{4}$) of Section 13, Township 10 North of Range 13 East, Cass County, Nebraska. Rent payable as "Two Thirds of the crops grown thereon," specifying that the tenant must husk and crib the corn crop before December 15, 1900, with landlord retaining absolute ownership of the corn stalks. Primary Collector Feature (Revenue Stamps): Lower margin features an affixed horizontal trio of 1898 Series Spanish-American War Documentary Revenue Stamps (USS Maine / Battleship design): Witnesses & Signatures: Signed by Edward Tighe and William Tighe; witnessed by A.
