🎨 Original antique watercolor painting — a soft, luminous harbor scene at sunset with lateen-rigged fishing boats, a tall campanile and a green dome rising above pastel waterfront buildings. Painted in a Venetian / Adriatic style with warm orange, gold and rose reflections shimmering across still water.
✍️ Hand-signed and dated in pencil in the lower right corner: appears to read \"Nina H...\" with \"9th 1919.\" The signature is faint and partly illegible — please review the close-up photos and form your own opinion. Sold as an unattributed antique work.
🖼 Presented in its early gilt gessoed wood frame with a hand-hammered / textured rope-style molding. Original glass, cardboard backing secured with old nails and brads, and vintage wire hanger — completely ready to hang.

🔎 CONDITION: Very good antique condition with honest age. The paper shows light overall toning and a few small scattered foxing/brown specks (visible in close-ups). Frame has scuffs, minor gilt loss and small chips to the gesso, with the reddish bole showing through in places — typical for a century-old frame and part of its charm. Backing board is aged and slightly worn at the corners. Not examined out of the frame.
