Antique Japanese lusterware wall pocket vase dating to approximately the 1930s.
Measures approximately 7” long and features a hand-painted parrot surrounded by floral and leaf decoration in soft blue, cream, green, and warm tan tones. The elongated Art Deco-style form is finished with black linear accents and a glossy luster glaze.
Back retains its original hanging opening and is stamped Hand Painted Japan with a floral maker’s mark.
