Antique 19th Century Walnut Poplar Divided Wooden Cutlery Utensil Carrier Caddy:
$225.00
- Here is a wonderful utensil caddy , possibly late 19th century in what I believe is walnut and poplar wood , this has great wear and patina , I would of thought this was much earlier but I believe there round nails in it , they may have just oxidized that way I am not sure , either way its original . The sides are mortised in , the ends have a little chip carving on them which is a nice touch . the century carrying handle looks walnut to me and the case could be poplar , it may also be walnut ! Hard to tell with the dark patina , nice cutout handle , a wonderful antique primitive piece 13 1/2 x 10 x 5 excellent , probably pa in handle estate items please ask any questions before making an offer.
