Antique 19thC Paris Porcelain Wall Shelf Bracket Unit Console France French For Sale

For sale is a fun and unusual little accessory made by one of the Paris region makers in the early 19th century . It is a superb figural wall shelf / bracket in the shape of a lady's head surrounded by lots of scroll work with the flat area on top to put a figurine or vase on. Two holes with strings through them to attach it to a wall though I'd probably change that out for some framing wire. The piece is superbly modeled with lots of detail and hand painted in polychrome to the lady's head and gilding to all the scroll details. A great looking piece! The entire shelf is in great condition with a small chip to the edge of two scrolls in one area of one side as shown. It displays perfectly! No wear to the gilding which is almost unbelievable and helps make it look amazing! The piece is unmarked but certainly French from this period and more than likely from the Paris or Limoges regions of France. The shelf is 5.25 inches from top to bottom, 4.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep. Porzellan Wandregal
