1920s to 1930s Art Deco Era Mourning Brooch
The brooch features a beautifully crafted urn looking vase design with glowing clear glass rhinestone flowers. The silver color has a matte silver finish due to age. I ran my sunshine jewelry cleaning cloth across it and it shined up a few parts, but I don’t want to do any further cleaning, because some people (like me) love aged patina on pieces. (If you want to clean your jewelry, sellers here on sell sunshine cloths for a good price).
I’m obsessed with this piece because as time goes on into the deco era you see less and less of the morning pieces, so they are rare. I love finding things that are out if the ordinary! It measures approximately 2.25” high by 1.5” wide
