Thebook that I am listing here is titled “Poetical Works byLongfellow”. Needless to say it was written by H.W. Longfellow.It was published in London and Glasgow by Collins. It has 543 pages.Its outer cover is leather and it comes with a cardboard dust cover.
Condition:This particular book is in acceptable shape and is completelyreadable. The graphics on the leather cover are in good shape howeverthere are some minor tears along the spine. The spine is starting toseparate near the front of the book and there appears to have beensome water damage near the back of the book however, there does notappear to be any signs of mold. Many of the pages have staining onthem. Parts of the book have small tears, creases, and marks whichare typical of older books. The cardboard dust jacket was in poorshape and my father coated it in clear tape to protect it.
Pleasenote: that this book was used by my father for reference and thushas a few written notes in it. There is a sticker with his name on it on the inside of the frontcover. Additionally, the book has some wear, “dog earring” marks,etc. It does not appear to have any mold and it is from a smoke freehome.
Thisbook belonged to my late father, Hugh Hedges. My father was anaward-winning architect and actually helped design the Kennedy SpaceCenter back in the 1960s during the Apollo Project. My father wasalso a lay minister at the international Church at Yale University.
Booksare heavy, so I ship my books using USPS“Media Mail”. This saves you money on postage. Books are often too heavy for 1stClass Mail or Ground Advantage. Please be aware that media mailships a little slower than average USPS mail.
