Beautiful 4-piece Chinese Rose Medallion / Canton-style porcelain set featuring richly hand-painted figural scenes, flowers, birds, butterflies and traditional decorative motifs. The pieces have the characteristic vibrant famille rose palette with green, pink, orange, blue and gilt accents.
Included in the lot:
1 bowl: approximately 6.25\" diameter × 2.75\" tall
2 octagonal plates: approximately 6\"
1 large octagonal plate: approximately 8\"
The pieces are unmarked on the underside.
Condition: Pre-owned antique/vintage condition with age-related wear. There are chips present, including visible edge/corner chips as shown in the photos. There is also expected wear to the painted and gilt decoration from age and use. Despite these imperfections, the pieces display beautifully, with very colorful and detailed decoration.
