Beautiful antique miniature wooden extending dining table, attributed to the German Schneegas workshop, known for its finely crafted dollhouse furniture of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
This charming table features a warm honey-brown wood finish, an elegant rectangular tabletop with gently rounded corners, a deep apron, and four beautifully turned legs with decorative ring and tapered detailing.
The table features a functional wooden sliding extension mechanism, allowing it to extend from 5\" to approximately 8\" in length. The original center extension leaf is missing.
The finely turned legs, traditional design, and detailed construction are characteristic of antique German miniature furniture. A wonderful addition to a period dollhouse dining room or antique miniature furniture collection.

One leg sits slightly raised above a flat surface. There is also a small chip to the decorative turning on the inside of one leg, as shown in the photographs.
