Beautiful High-Victorian-era earrings. Etruscan Revival styling featuring half seed-pearl cabochons, hand-applied beading, and lovely articulation. The earrings have been converted to screw-backs made of sterling as evidenced by the solder job, which was done cleanly and professionally, likely around the early to mid-20th century. The Victorian components test consistent with 9 karat gold. The earrings measure 1 3/8th x 3/8th inch.
Condition:Excellent Vintage Condition- no missing, damaged, or loose stones, components secure, screw-backs functioning; some wear and small dent where screwback was pressed on earring back--possible to see expected signs of age/wear/patina as with any vintage piece, please note we do not clean our jewelry for fear of damaging stones/plating/patina, your item may require cleaning, and this decision is always left to the buyer\'s discretion.
