1920s sheer silk flapper dress with tiered ruffle hem and panniers (side hoops). The dress has a high-low, drop waist silhouette with a silk rosette accent on the front side. Side snap closure. The dress is overall very good condition with just a couple faint small marks on the front and lower tier ruffle. There is a small tear near the side opening. The silk is in great condition and isn\'t dry/overly delicate.
