Antique Victorian Wm. Rogers Mtg. Co. Silverplate Footed Dish with Figural Butterflies
Up for sale is a beautiful, highly detailed Victorian-era silver-plated footed dish/bowl produced by the historic W. Rogers Mfg. Co. out of Hartford, Connecticut.
This stunning piece features an intricate open work border adorned with floral blossoms and leafy vines. Resting prominently on opposite sides of the rim are two beautifully crafted, three-dimensional figural butterflies with detailed wings. The central oval basin rests elegantly on four ornate cast feet.

Includes the early manufacturer eagle and star visual hallmarks.
