Worldwide Lifetime WarrantyDescriptionThe LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic) has earned its place as a bridging optic between holographic/red-dot type optics and high magnification optics that are not traditionally well suited for close-quarters combat (CQC) situations. With ever-increasing capability, the LPVO has become a staple for tactical teams and competitive shooters, allowing them to transition quickly between close-range and extended-range engagements.The EP-8 1-8x features true 1x performance, minimal housing, thin edges, and a wide field of view, making it well suited for close quarters. With a quick throw of the lever, it can be zoomed to 8x magnification, increasing effective range at a moment\'s notice.This configuration includes Arken\'s factory-installed and leveled Rigid Precision Mount: 34mm, 0 MOA. This eliminates the hassle of separately mounting and leveling the optic and provides a ready-to-install scope and mount package.Important Mounting Note: While Arken\'s \"Leveled and Installed\" optics come from the factory mounted and leveled, final zeroing and leveling to the receiver may still be necessary. The rings may or may not be fully torqued, and no Loctite has been applied to the screws. Leveling can shift during shipping or handling. The buyer should verify that the scope is properly mounted, leveled, torqued, and zeroed before use. Mounting hardware should also be checked after the first range session.KLGRID MIL ReticleThe KLGRID is a MIL-based Christmas-tree reticle designed to combine fast close-range target acquisition with precise elevation and wind holds at greater distances.At low magnification, the fine MIL grid becomes visually unobtrusive while the illuminated center aiming references remain prominent for fast target acquisition. As magnification increases, the First Focal Plane reticle scales with the target and the full holdover grid becomes available for precise corrections.The KLGRID features 0.5 MIL subtensions for elevation and wind holds and a comprehensive 10 MIL holdover grid. This allows the shooter to make repeatable corrections directly through the reticle rather than dialing the turrets for every adjustment.Unlike a BDC reticle tied more closely to a particular ballistic profile, the MIL-based KLGRID provides greater flexibility across different rifles, ammunition types, distances, and environmental conditions.
