This is a NOS (new old stock) item. The original packing was damaged while the item was stored for many years. We have re-boxed the item. It has never been installed on a motorcycle. The billet part of the pulley does have some swirling/scratches. It could use a re-polishing.
A rear brake caliper mount is NOT included. You would need to source/fabricate one.
