Art Kassel And His Kassels-In-The-Air – “One Dozen Roses” / “I Hung My Head And Cried”
This is a 1942 Bluebird 78 RPM featuring Chicago bandleader Art Kassel and His Kassels-In-The-Air. It is a good example of the lighter, dance-oriented side of the big-band era, combining a polished orchestra with vocal refrains rather than being primarily an instrumental jazz performance.
