This is an Arthrex Transtibial ACL/PCL Reconstruction Instrument System containing a broad selection of reusable orthopedic instruments used in anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
The set combines transtibial femoral ACL drill guides, marking hooks, adjustable drill-guide components, cannulated reamers, graft-harvesting cutting guides, centering cylinders, a PCL femoral hook, PinLock screwdriver, Jacob's Chuck Handle and related instrumentation in a sterilization case.
The included AR-1223CC and AR-1226CC centering cylinders correspond to Arthrex's 9 mm and 11 mm coring-reamer systems. Arthrex describes this system as harvesting a cancellous bone cylinder while simultaneously creating the tibial tunnel, with potential applications in ACL/PCL reconstruction and revision procedures.
