That is not unusual: a great many genuine Moser pieces of the late 19th and early 20th century left the works unsigned—particularly certain colored, cut, and decorative lines. Attribution here rests on quality, weight, finish, and workshop character rather than a stamp.
The glass has the presence Moser is known for: saturated color, a solid, well-balanced feel in the hand, and edges and foot finished with care rather than hurried. It reads as factory work of the better Bohemian houses, not later tourist glass and not generic “Czech Please treat the photographs as part of the description. No restoration noted from inspection.
