This is an authentic antique R.S. Prussia (Reinhold Schlegelmilch) 10 inch wide porcelain plate, made in Germany (Suhl or Tillowitz) circa 1904–1914.

Mark: The red “RS” with a star above, enclosed in a green wreath/laurel, and “PRUSSIA” below is the classic and highly collectible “red mark” (wreath-and-star mark) used by the factory during its peak export period to the U.S.
Worthpoint
Form and decoration: Ruffled/scalloped (sometimes called “lily” or similar mold-style) edge. Central transfer portrait of a woman in classical/Art Nouveau attire (headband, draped gown, poised pose) against a landscape background, surrounded by painted/transfer calla lilies (or similar large lilies) with gold outlining and accents. The surface shows the soft iridescent/lustre highlights typical of many R.S. Prussia pieces.
