Here is a 2 piece (separate transmitter and receiver) Black Automatic Electric 3 slot Pay Telephone from the early 20th century. This is a real WORKING telephone with KEYS and ringer. The top, bottom and back have been powder coated.
Plug it into your wall jack and it will work like a regular single line telephone, no coins needed to operate. Coins will make all the appropriate sounds and drop to the coin vault.
Be sure that your telephone provider supports rotary dialing. If not, pulse to tone adapters, or BLUE TOOTH adapters (Xlink) are available on .
This payphone comes with original top lock and key, original bottom lock and key with a black metal finger wheel, separate transmitter and receiver, INTERNAL RINGER, chrome vault door and a modular line cord. Makes all the original sounds when coins are dropped.
This is a REAL payphone that was taken out of service years ago and internally rewired and MODIFIED to work as a regular single line telephone. Note: the coin vault door has a blemish (as seen) at the keyhole.
