This BN rebar and pipe cutter has been tested in good working order. It comes with the factory hard case and (2) BN Steel Shark blades, one brand new on the saw, and 1 used in package. The tool and case show normal signs of use associated with previous ownership and the construction industry including scuffs, scratches that are normal for industry use. There is some electric tape near the plug on the power cord. The wiring is not compromised. The overall condition is GUC good used condition.
