DOA Policy:
While DOA\'s are VERY uncommon for us, they can happen from time to time. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, numerous things can happen while in transit to you. We do require you to contact us within 12 hoursFROMthe time the package wasdelivered. We will look at your time of delivery from your tracking number to verify this. Please takeTHREE clearpictures of the plants showing the lossIN THE SEALED BAG. Then we requireONE clearpicture ofALL THE PLANTSthat were in the bag on aFLAT SURFACE. We need to be able toCLEARLYsee, count, and verify the total number of DOA plants (take a few pictures if you need to). As stated above, we need theMINIMUMofFOURpictures in order for us to apply the DOA Policy.DO NOT THROW AWAYany plants until we have reviewed your photos and given you the go ahead to do so, as we may need more specific pictures of higher end plants to confirm they\'re indeed DOA. The DOA Policy only applies to the actual plants purchased. Without completing these requirements we will not refund or replace dead plants. Complete compliance is required!
