Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. In rare circumstances, shipping will occur within a maximum of 7 days. A tracking number will be provided for online logistics tracking; hobby boxes receive extra rigid box protection to prevent crush damage in transit.
Returns & Refunds
Returns or exchanges requested due to the buyer\'s personal reasons for unopened hobby boxes will be at the buyer\'s expense. Once the factory seal or box is opened, the item is non-returnable unless there is a major manufacturing defect. Returns due to quality issues will only be accepted after we receive and verify the defect.
Our Commitment
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will strictly reinforce outer packaging for all hobby boxes, ensuring the box arrives in mint uncrushed condition to avoid damage during transportation. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us via message before leaving neutral or negative response. We will resolve the issue properly to ensure you have a 5-star service!
