Your candle will be packed specifically for your order to ensure the best fit possible. We will use top grade packing materials to ensure your candle arrives intact. Shipping dates are Monday-Friday only. Shipping prices reflect surcharge we are receiving from carriers due to fuel prices.
Return Policy
The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping cost.

Please ensure you are providing us with the proper address as the item returned by Carrier for incorrect address, unavailable addressee, we will refund the payment less actual shipping and handling cost.
Though very rare, if your candle arrives damaged during transit, please take a picture of the outside of the box, the inside of the box with the candle, and a photo of the damaged candle. We will work with you specifically to ensure your satisfaction.
